Kindly note that Drug Test and HIV Test results are excluded and must be personally claimed for confidentiality purposes. These results must be personally claimed at any of our branches — Clinica Prime Oakridge, Mactan, or Consolacion — from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our staff is available to assist you during your visit.
Yes. Medical certificates are issued only after a consultation or evaluation with our attending physician. You may request one during your visit or contact our team for assistance.
Please note that medical certificates are not included in HMO or insurance coverage. Only the consultation and laboratory tests are covered. A separate fee, payable in cash, applies for the issuance of the medical certificate.

Yes, we are accredited with several HMO partners. For a smooth transaction, please secure your Letter of Authorization (LOA) before your visit.
View the full list of HMO partners on our HMO Partners page.Your LOA (Letter of Authorization) is valid for three (3) days from the date of issuance. You may use it within this period for the same doctor or the same laboratory/diagnostic procedure indicated.
If you wish to consult a different doctor or undergo a different test after the validity period, please contact your HMO provider to request a new LOA.
