The initial interview will be conducted by our HR Department to assess your qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit. Candidates who pass this stage will proceed to a final interview with the Manager of the requesting department for a more role-specific evaluation.
For supervisory and managerial positions:
The initial screening will be conducted by both HR and the Department Manager. Qualified candidates will then be invited for an onsite interview with our Director and President as the final step of the selection process.
Throughout each stage, our HR team will provide clear communication and guidance to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
